Job Overview

Employment Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a busy warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position requiring repetitive lifting, stacking, unstacking, walking, and general warehouse duties.

The ideal candidate is dependable, physically active, and comfortable working with heavy cases and boxes throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Pick up and move cases of drinks throughout the warehouse
• Repetitively lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stack and unstack heavy boxes and products
• Organize products and keep the warehouse neat
• Push a broom and maintain clean work areas
• Empty trash cans throughout the building
• Walk frequently throughout the facility
• Assist with general warehouse and housekeeping duties
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work as part of a team to keep warehouse operations running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable performing physical work throughout the entire shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Safety-conscious and dependable

Physical Requirements

This is a very active warehouse position. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Stack and unstack heavy boxes
• Walk for extended periods throughout the building
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull
• Perform repetitive lifting and material-handling tasks
• Stand and remain active throughout the workday

$16.00/hour
