Employment Solutions is hiring dependable, energetic Full-Time Merchandisers to service retail locations throughout the Myrtle Beach area. This is a route-based merchandising position—not a delivery driver role. You'll use your own vehicle to travel between assigned stores, ensuring beverage products are fully stocked, properly rotated, and displayed according to company standards.

Compensation

• $1,320 bi-weekly (approximately $34,320 annually)
• $120 bi-weekly auto allowance
• $0.23 per mile mileage reimbursement
• Full-time benefits
• Overtime opportunities

Schedule

• Full-Time | 5 Days Per Week
• Weekends Required (Saturday & Sunday)
• Two scheduled weekdays off
• 6:00 AM start until route completion (typically 3:00 PM–4:00 PM)

What You'll Do

• Travel between assigned retail stores using your personal vehicle
• Stock beverage products and replenish store shelves
• Rotate inventory and remove expired or damaged products
• Build and maintain attractive, organized product displays
• Organize and maintain back stock areas
• Perform inventory checks and product audits
• Develop positive relationships with store managers and employees
• Follow an assigned route while managing your schedule efficiently
• Maintain high merchandising standards that help drive sales

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Proof of full-coverage auto insurance (minimum 100/300/100)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (up to 100 pounds with assistance)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in a physically active environment throughout the day
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently while providing excellent customer service
