Job Title: Full-Time Merchandiser

Location: Midway, GA

Pay & Compensation

• Salary: $42,000–$46,000 annually
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.28 per mile
• Auto Allowance: $120 biweekly

Schedule

• 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Start Time: 6:00 AM
• End Time: Typically 3:00–4:00 PM, depending on route completion
• 2 scheduled days off during the week

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Merchandiser to join our team in Midway, GA. This position is responsible for servicing assigned customer accounts by stocking, organizing, rotating, and maintaining product displays according to company standards.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and providing excellent customer service.

This position requires the use of your own vehicle to travel between assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Stocking

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays in a neat and professional manner
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper presentation
• Build, maintain, and refresh displays according to company standards
• Break down and organize backstock in designated storage areas

General Labor

• Load, unload, move, and organize products as needed
• Assist with collecting and organizing pallets, shells, and flats
• Remove damaged, expired, or unsellable products from shelves and displays
• Support account needs through merchandising and stock movement

Customer Service

• Maintain positive and professional relationships with store personnel
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Identify and communicate service needs, issues, and opportunities

Product Maintenance

• Keep shelves, coolers, and displays clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Ensure proper product rotation and presentation at each account
• Maintain company merchandising standards throughout the assigned route

Route & Schedule Adherence

• Follow assigned routes and daily schedules
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Adapt to changing priorities and account needs throughout the day

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Minimum required coverage: $100K/$300K/$100K
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Merchandising, stocking, warehouse, or retail experience is preferred
