Overnight Machine Operator

Machine Operator – Production Facility (Leland, NC)
Pay: $18/hour 
Schedule:

• Monday–Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Thursday: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
  (4-day work week)

A local production company in the Leland area is hiring Machine Operators for a hands-on manufacturing role. Candidates will be responsible for sub-assembly and final assembly operations while meeting quality and production standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate rivet and toggle lock machines

• Perform tasks including riveting, packing, and labeling

• Ensure all safety, quality, and operational procedures are followed

• Operate one-process machines

• Use measuring devices and hand tools

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues

• Perform minor repairs and equipment adjustments

• Meet production goals

• Heavy lifting required

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

• Availability to work overtime on short notice

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
