Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

Employment Solutions is hiring for our clients Old Lyme, CT distribution center! Our client is a leading distributor of RV & Marine products. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

Schedule & Pay

• 2nd shift - M-Thur, 4pm-2:30am
• $19.75/hr

What You’ll Do

• Receive and count incoming inventory; record items manually and/or in a computer system
• Pack/unpack shipments and stock product in designated areas
• Keep inventory organized and accessible in the warehouse/storage areas
• Assist with inventory checks and help resolve discrepancies
• Label/tag items accurately
• Inspect product for damage/defects and report issues to a supervisor
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety guidelines
• Support other warehouse team members as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
• Safety conscious 
• Good communication skills, written and verbal (English is required)
• Basic math skills
• Basic problem-solving ability and reliability
• Comfortable with basic computer/data entry tasks
