Assembly/Tester

Location: Wallingford, CT
Pay: $18+ per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Employment Solutions is hiring a Assembly Worker/Tester for our client in Wallingford, CT. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented manufacturing position involving small-part assembly and product testing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small, precision components and sensor assemblies.
• Follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment.
• Perform basic testing, inspections, and quality checks.
• Document production and testing results.
• Identify and report defects or issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, assembly, testing, or production experience preferred.
• Small-part, electronic, electromechanical, or precision assembly experience is a plus.
• Soldering or wiring experience helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small components.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
