As a Heat Treat Machine Operator, you will:

• Load parts onto the furnace belt per instructions.
• Organize and identify customer parts to avoid mix-ups.
• Maintain product flow and follow safety procedures.
• Report issues and ensure quality standards.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 months of work experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Basic computer skills and reliability.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a higher temperature environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in heat treating or metal finishing.
• Background in machining or assembly.
