Route Delivery Driver
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX, and surrounding areas
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time
CDL: Preferred, but not required
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Route Delivery Driver to make scheduled deliveries throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area and surrounding communities. This position is ideal for a dependable driver with multi-stop route experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to safely load and unload products.
Please note: This is a driving position and is not a work-from-home opportunity.

Physical Requirements
This position regularly requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and handling a variety of materials. Candidates must be able to safely load and unload products and lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated starting pay range is $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location.

Responsibilities
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload products
- Complete multi-stop delivery routes according to schedule
- Collect and maintain accurate delivery documentation, manifests, and COD payments
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow all company, state, and federal transportation regulations
- Maintain a safe and satisfactory driving record
- Identify and resolve routine delivery issues with minimal supervision
- Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous delivery or multi-stop route-driving experience
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Current medical examiner’s certificate or ability to obtain one
- Ability to complete required OSHA training, including Basic Hazmat, Driver-Specific Hazmat, and Security Awareness
- CDL preferred but not required
- Previous Hazmat training is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a delivery schedule
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
