Assembly Operator

Employment Solutions is seeking reliable Assembly Operators to join our client’s manufacturing team. These positions are responsible for assembling products, using hand and power tools, performing quality inspections, and meeting daily production goals in a safe, fast-paced environment.

Location: Milford, CT
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
1st Shift Pay: $17.50/hour
1st Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift Pay: $18.50/hour
2nd Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality
• Report defects or production issues to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift

These are full-time, first- and second-shift opportunities with a growing manufacturing team. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be available based on production needs.
