Job Details:

• Position: Entry-Level Welder/Fabricator
• Location: Wilmington, NC
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Pay: $16.00/hour to start
• Employment Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with welding and metal fabrication work
• Operate hand tools, grinders, and shop equipment
• Measure, cut, and prep materials with accuracy
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs throughout the day
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Some welding experience or training preferred (MIG a plus)
• Willingness to learn and grow with hands-on guidance
• Good attendance and work ethic
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
