Full-Time Beverage Merchandiser – Swansboro Area

Territory: Swansboro and Emerald Isle
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Mileage: $0.76 per mile
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Solutions is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser for a large, established beer distributor serving the Swansboro and Emerald Isle areas. This is a physical, fast-paced position that involves traveling between approximately three to five customer accounts each day.

Most assigned accounts will be large-format grocery and retail stores. The Merchandiser will be responsible for keeping beverage products stocked, rotated and displayed properly. Employees will use their personal vehicles to travel between accounts but will not transport products in their vehicles.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel between approximately three to five assigned accounts each day
• Stock beverage products on shelves, displays and in coolers
• Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness
• Build and maintain attractive product displays
• Move products safely from store stockrooms to the sales floor
• Use carts and pallet jacks to transport products within each store
• Monitor inventory and communicate product needs
• Keep assigned shelves, coolers and displays clean and organized
• Provide professional service to store managers and employees
• Follow all safety, company and store procedures

Pay and Benefits:

• $17.50 per hour
• Weekly pay
• $0.76 per mile reimbursement for business travel between assigned accounts
• Insurance benefits available after 60 days
• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule
• Full-time hours with an established beverage distributor

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable traveling throughout the Swansboro and Emerald Isle territory
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable bending, reaching, pushing and pulling throughout the day
• Able to operate carts and pallet jacks safely
• Dependable and available to begin work at 6:00 AM
• Previous merchandising, stocking, retail, grocery, warehouse or beverage experience is preferred
