CNC Machine Operator – $18/hr - $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Northchase area - Wilmington, NC

Employment Solutions is seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and is looking for a steady, full-time schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.

• Perform quality checks and ensure accuracy of finished products.

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Read and interpret technical drawings or instructions.

• Assist with basic machine maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with CNC machine operation preferred, but training is available for mechanically inclined candidates.

• Ability to read measurements and work with precision.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

• Reliable transportation and good attendance record.

Pay & Schedule:

• $18/hr starting pay

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Full-time, weekly pay
