Warehouse clerk/Electric Pallet Jack (2nd Shift)

Employment Solutions is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials while ensuring inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Accurately record inventory and update inventory systems
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and vendors as needed
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using an electric pallet jack when required
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to management
• Follow company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety regulations
• Work with the team to meet daily production and shipping goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior warehouse/shipping & receiving/inventory experience required
• Previous electric pallet jack experience required
• Electric pallet jack certification is preferred (if applicable)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk/move throughout the shift
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures
• Fast-paced, physical setting requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and equipment operation throughout the workday
• Ability to safely lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

Hours: 3.30pm to 12am
Pay $ 18.00 ph
Location: Miami Gardens FL
