Production Associate

Employment Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for Production Workers in Stratford, CT. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing company offering steady hours and long-term potential.

Location: Stratford, CT
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Package, pack, and seal products for shipment while maintaining quality standards
• Assemble packaging materials and components, including gluing foam and other materials as required
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment such as glue guns, hole punchers, tape dispensers, and crimpers
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment to meet daily goals
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
