Warehouse Associate

Employment Solutions is seeking a reliable computer savvy Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to work for one of our clients in the Pompano Beach area. In this role, you will handle warehouse operations, manage inventory, prepare and deliver orders, and help maintain a safe and organized workplace.

Pay - $20.00 per hour
Hours - $8am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute inventory and supplies
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Deliver products safely and on time
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and delivery vehicles
• Perform basic equipment inspections and minor maintenance
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years warehouse experience
• Minimum 4 years forklift experience
• Must be computer savvy and be proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Forklift and order picker experience required
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (heavier items with proper equipment)
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing throughout the day
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
