Looking for a stable warehouse position with consistent weekday hours and overtime opportunities?

We're hiring Warehouse Associates to join a growing marine distribution warehouse in the St. Paul area. This is a hands-on role in a clean, fast-paced warehouse where you'll play an important part in keeping products moving to customers across the country.

Based on your experience and business needs, you'll be assigned to either our Shipping or Receiving department.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday-Friday
• Start Time: 9:30 AM
• $19.00 per hour
• Overtime available, especially during peak season
• End time varies based on daily workload (work until completion)

What You'll Do

Shipping

• Pick and pack customer orders
• Prepare shipments for delivery
• Verify order accuracy before shipment
• Stage and organize outgoing freight

Receiving

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Unpack and verify merchandise
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with inventory organization and replenishment

In Both Departments

• Operate warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
• Inspect products for damage or defects
• Load, unload, move, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, picking, packing, or order fulfillment preferred
• 2+ years of cherry picker and/or forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Basic computer or RF scanner experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Steel toe or composite toe boots required

Physical Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment throughout the workday
