Sales Representative

Location:  Miami Lakes, FL (In-Office)
Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:  $50,000–$70,000 base (DOE) + commission

Employment Solutions is hiring a driven Sales Representative to join our Miami Lakes team. In this in-office role, you'll build and manage a book of B2B clients, connect businesses with the right staffing and workforce solutions, and play a key role in growing our presence across South Florida.

 

What You'll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts across a range of industries
• Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling and account management
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and service terms
• Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity in our CRM, with detailed and timely notations
• Partner with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client needs are met
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Qualifications

• 1–5 years of B2B sales experience in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven negotiation ability
• Technical proficiency (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, virtual meeting tools)
• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and disciplined CRM documentation
• Able to work in-office in Miami Lakes, FL

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions industry
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
