No previous machine operating experience is required. You’ll receive on-the-job training, learn multiple production positions, and gain valuable manufacturing experience with opportunities for long-term growth.

Pay

• Day Shift: $18.17 per hour
• Night Shift: $19.17 per hour

Schedule

Work three days, then enjoy three days off!

• 12-hour shifts
• 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Three days on and three days off
• Rotates between day and night shift monthly
• Built-in weekdays off for appointments, errands, and personal time

Each shift includes:

• Four paid 20-minute breaks
• One 30-minute lunch break

What You’ll Do

You’ll work as part of a production team manufacturing engineered wood products. Employees rotate between different stations, helping make the workday more varied while providing experience in multiple areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring materials moving along the production line
• Inspecting veneer sheets and removing damaged materials
• Replacing defective sheets with quality materials
• Operating basic machine controls after training
• Clearing minor jams and maintaining steady production flow
• Feeding, stacking, and sorting materials
• Supporting the primary machine operator
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What We’re Looking For

• No previous manufacturing experience required
• Ability to work a rotating day and night schedule
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to bend, reach, and occasionally lift materials above shoulder height
• Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled facility

Most veneer sheets weigh approximately 9–12 pounds.

Candidates must complete a pre-employment physical exam, which will be coordinated by the employer.
