Machine Operator

Employment Solutions is hiring for our client's packaging company! We are seeking experienced machine operators to join a fast-paced production team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for a stable manufacturing position with a growing company.

Available Shift & Pay:

• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (2 Openings)
• Pay: $19.00+/hour DOE

Position Overview:

The Rewind Operator is responsible for operating rewind equipment to convert large printed rolls into finished customer rolls according to customer specifications. This position plays a key role in ensuring product quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate rewind machines according to job specifications
• Review work orders and product requirements
• Inspect labels and finished rolls for quality and accuracy
• Package finished products for shipping
• Perform product splicing and verification procedures
• Communicate production or quality issues to management
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of machine operation experience
• Printing, packaging, label, or converting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to random drug testing
