What You'll Do
As an Assembly Technician, you'll help produce quality products by:
- Assembling components using hand and power tools
- Operating production equipment and workstations
- Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Reading work orders and following production instructions
- Labeling, scanning, and preparing finished products for shipment
- Completing production paperwork and documentation
- Reporting quality, equipment, or safety concerns
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Following all company safety procedures and wearing required PPE

What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Experience using hand or power tools is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written work instructions
- Basic math and reading skills
- Dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Physical Requirements
This is an active manufacturing position requiring the ability to:
- Stand for up to 8-12 hours per shift
- Frequently bend, squat, twist, and reach
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work in a warm manufacturing environment
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety toe footwear, eye protection, and gloves
