- Four 10-hour shifts
What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll help keep production running safely and efficiently by:
- Loading production materials into manufacturing equipment
- Monitoring production to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspecting finished products for defects
- Trimming, stacking, labeling, and packaging finished products
- Reading production schedules and completing assigned work
- Completing production paperwork and documentation
- Reporting equipment, quality, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Keeping your work area clean and organized
- Following all company safety procedures and wearing required PPE
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and reading skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Physical Requirements
This is an active manufacturing position that requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for up to 8-12 hours per shift
- Frequently bend, twist, squat, and reach
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Work in a warm manufacturing environment
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety toe footwear and eye protection
