We are seeking a dependable Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll assemble heavy-duty equipment and mechanical components using blueprints and technical drawings. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: $18-21
Available Shifts: *MUST be open to 1st or 2nd shift*

  • First Shift: M-F | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Second Shift: Monday-Thursday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Friday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical components and truck body assemblies according to blueprints and work instructions
  • Install components and subassemblies using hand tools and power tools
  • Measure, cut, and fit materials using shop math and precision measuring tools
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues, make necessary adjustments, and perform minor repairs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety procedures
  • Work on multiple projects while meeting production deadlines

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ???????Minimum of 3 years of mechanical assembly or related field
  • Ability to rig and work from scaffolding 
  • Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pound
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work with hands throughout the shift
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
