Delivery Driver – Beverage Distribution

Location: Columbia, SC
Pay: $46,000+ per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM Start | 8–10 Hour Shifts

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Delivery Drivers to join a well-established beverage distribution operation in Columbia, SC. This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent weekday hours, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term career potential.

In this role, you'll operate a company vehicle, deliver products to retail and commercial customers, unload and merchandise product, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on position that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle on an assigned route

• Deliver beverage products to retail, grocery, convenience store, and commercial accounts

• Load, unload, and transport products safely and efficiently

• Stock shelves, coolers, displays, and designated customer areas as needed

• Verify deliveries for accuracy and obtain required documentation

• Process returns, damaged product, and empties including pallets and shells

• Follow customer-specific check-in procedures, including DSD, PO, military, and receipt requirements

• Communicate delivery issues, route concerns, or customer requests promptly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle and work area

• Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Valid Class C or Class D driver's license

• Clean driving record and ability to meet company driving requirements

• Ability to frequently lift 50+ pounds and move product weighing up to 100 pounds with appropriate equipment

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience using handheld delivery systems, scanners, or route technology is a plus

• Previous delivery, route driving, warehouse, merchandising, or beverage industry experience preferred

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 5:00 AM start time

• Typical shifts range from 8–10 hours

• No weekends
