Employment Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join their growing team.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• $20-$22 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick, pull, and stage orders for shipment and local deliveries
• Prepare shipments, including palletizing, shrink wrapping, and labeling
• Receive inbound materials and verify counts and product condition
• Tag, label, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Complete light assembly and kitting tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support daily warehouse operations and team objectives

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Forklift operating experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and inventory counting skills
