Quality Inspector

Employment Solutions is hiring Quality Inspectors! 

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 
• Pay: $18-$20/hr
• Employment Type: Temp-hire

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a manufacturing or quality background who’s ready to grow their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections on manufactured parts and components
• Use measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure product quality
• Inspect packaging to ensure correct labeling, counts, and presentation
• Document inspection results and report non-conformances
• Assist with quality control processes and continuous improvement efforts
• Follow safety and company policies at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Entry-level candidates welcome – we will train the right person
• Any manufacturing or quality background is a plus
• Experience with micrometers and calipers is a big plus
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
