Employment Solutions is hiring dependable, energetic Full-Time Merchandisers to service retail locations throughout the Greensboro area. This is a route-based merchandising position—not a delivery driver role. You'll travel between assigned retail locations using your own vehicle to ensure beverage products are fully stocked, properly rotated, and displayed according to company standards.
Compensation
- $43,000–$44,000 annually
- $120 bi-weekly auto allowance
- $0.23 per mile mileage reimbursement

Schedule
- Full-Time | 5 Days Per Week
- Weekends Required (Saturday & Sunday)
- Two scheduled weekdays off
- 6:00 AM start until route completion (typically 3:00 PM–4:00 PM)
What You'll Do
- Travel between assigned retail locations using your personal vehicle
- Stock shelves, coolers, displays, and back stock with beverage products
- Rotate inventory and remove expired or damaged products
- Build and maintain clean, organized, eye-catching product displays
- Organize back stock and maintain inventory accuracy
- Perform product audits and quality checks
- Maintain positive relationships with store managers and retail staff
- Follow an assigned route while adapting to daily priorities
- Maintain high merchandising standards that drive sales and enhance the customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Proof of full-coverage auto insurance (minimum 100/300/100)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in a physically active environment throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
