Warehouse Shipping Associate

Employment Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk for a well-established medical distribution company in the Pompano Beach area.

Ideal candidates will be responsibilities for and including picking, checking, packing, and shipping orders following specific procedures. You'll prepare shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and packing slips, determine the best shipping methods, and ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards. Use your knowledge of various shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to manage logistics efficiently. You'll also handle inventory transactions using ERP systems, assist in cycle counts, operate forklifts safely, and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations. Your keen eye will verify outbound shipments and run end-of-day reports to confirm all orders are correctly processed.

Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Pay $16-$18.00 per hour

Requirements:
Must have at least 3 years warehouse experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with order picking, packing, and shipping processes
Knowledge of ERP systems
Ability to operate a sit down forklift safely
Familiarity with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS
