Raw Material Sampler ( 2nd Shift)

Employment Solutions is seeking an experienced Raw Material Sampler to join a well-established vitamin and supplement manufacturing company in the Miramar area that has been in business for over 25 years.

Raw Material Sampler – Miramar, FL
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Test and analyze raw materials.
• Sample raw materials and components for release to production.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Review work instructions related to raw material testing.
• Update the status of raw materials in inventory systems.
• Assist Warehouse Associates and Quality Inspectors as needed.
• Assist in the investigation of raw material complaints.
• Perform audits and inspections of internal storage practices.
• Conduct trailer inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Communicate non-conformances accurately to suppliers and the purchasing department.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while completing tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Communicate the status of raw material release criteria to support production needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all company policies and safety procedures.
• Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Lift up to 60 lbs. as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or another science-related field preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical or nutraceutical.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• At least one (1) year of forklift experience.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and quality systems is highly preferred.
