Employment Solutions is seeking reliable Sanitation Personnel for a nutraceutical manufacturing Company in the Opa-Locka area. We are looking for dedicated candidates with strong attention to detail, able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in a regulated production environment.
Summary:
Sanitation Personnel are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the manufacturing facility and equipment. The role involves routine cleaning and sanitizing, daily inspections, and adherence to strict regulations and safety protocols. This position is critical to maintaining a safe environment for both employees and products.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all manufacturing facilities and equipment in a timely manner according to company, state, and federal regulations.
- Clean and sanitize production, packaging, storage areas, and equipment daily, following USDA, FDA, NFI SOPs, GMPs, and all relevant policies.
- Perform daily routine inspections of assigned structures and spaces.
- Complete all related paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain a tidy, clean, and safe working environment at all times.
- Adjust daily work schedule as needed to meet evolving sanitation requirements.
- Participate in training and follow all established procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance & Operations Manager.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) Required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a GMP production environment.
- Knowledge of various chemicals used in the sanitation process.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, government regulations, and procedure manuals.
- Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- No allergies; ability to work with vitamins, minerals, herbs, over-the-counter products; tolerate odors, noise, and standing for extended periods.
- Hours- Monday – Friday - 5.30 PM – 2.00AM
- Pay: $17 per hour
