Employment Solutions is hiring for our client's direct mail production facility in Mt. Pleasant, IA. We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team on a weekend schedule.

Available Schedules:

• Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment
• Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor product quality and production standards
• Communicate production issues during shift changes
• Follow all safety procedures and SOPs
• Work with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

• Stand for 10-12 hour shifts
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 40 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
