Pay: $27–$32 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Solutions is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for our client in Mt. Pleasant. This direct hire role is available on the night shift.

You’ll perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth production, reducing downtime, and maintaining a safe workplace.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Inspect, repair, and maintain production equipment
• Ensure safe and efficient operations
• Report downtime or issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)
• Experience with inserters, conveyors, or forklifts preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Flexible for overtime and weekends
