Machine Operator - 2nd shift

Employment Solutions is looking to hire Machine Operators in Farmington, CT! These are positions will offer training, growth opportunities, and are being offered as temp to hire.

• Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:30pm- 11pm 
• Location: Farmington, CT
• Payrate: $20.00/hourly 

Position Summary:

We’re seeking Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate extrusion equipment, handle setups and changeovers, manage materials, and ensure accurate batch documentation—all while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Essential Duties:

• Set up and perform changeovers on extrusion lines
• Operate single and twin screw extrusion equipment and subsystems (pumps, blowers, pelletizers, temperature controllers, etc.)
• Handle raw materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately complete batch documentation

Required Skills:

• Manufacturing experience is preferred
• Prior experience in Machine Operating is a huge plus
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must speak English
