Employment Solutions is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor/Shop Foreman to lead daily operations within our clients manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising production staff, coordinating workflow, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shop personnel and daily production activities.
• Schedule and prioritize work to maximize productivity and meet customer deadlines.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, pickups, and deliveries.
• Lead and support shift supervisors and production teams across multiple shifts.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
• Train, mentor, and coach employees as needed.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and quality records.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience required.
• 2-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience in heat treating or metal manufacturing is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
