Masker Technician- Aerospace

Employment Solutions is hiring a Masking Technician for our client in South Windsor, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on work, and is looking to build a long-term career in aerospace manufacturing.

Location: South Windsor, CT
Pay: $20+
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Apply tape, plugs, and protective materials to aerospace parts
• Read work instructions and basic blueprints
• Ensure parts are properly masked before coating or processing
• Perform detailed, repetitive work with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain quality standards and a clean work area

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or aerospace experience preferred
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Experience with small-parts assembly, soldering, jewelry making, crafting, or other precision work is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and blueprints
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally
• COVID-19 vaccination required per client policy
