Weekend Operator

Employment Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated weekend production operators to join one of our local clients in Elkland, PA. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Schedule & Compensation

• Saturday - Monday, 4am - 4pm
• $19.84/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble, package, or inspect products according to company standards
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
• Assist with material handling, loading, and stocking supplies
• Complete production documentation and meet daily output goals
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work weekend shifts with reliability and punctuality
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
