Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and experience producing precision parts that meet exact quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes.
- Load tools, fixtures, and raw materials.
- Zero-out (set) work coordinates and tool offsets
- Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed.
- feed rates, spindle speeds and tool paths

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.

Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.

Identify and report machine issues or quality concerns.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
- 1+ years' experience in a fabrication environment
- ???????Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
- ???????Knowledge of G-code and CNC controls.
- ???????Familiarity with tolerances, surface finishes, and GD&T
- Basic math and trigonometry skills.
- Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
