Component Fabricator

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructions

• Measure, cut, and prepare raw materials (metal, plastic, etc.)

• Operate fabrication equipment (press brakes, saws, lathes, mills, grinders)

• Perform welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and forming processes

• Assemble components using fasteners, welding, or adhesives

• Deburr and finish parts to quality standards

• Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Maintain tools and adhere to all safety procedures

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in a fabrication environment, preference given to candidates with 3 or more years experience
• Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation 
• Familiar with industrial tools and machines
• Welding and machining experience 
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow precise instructions

Work Environment:

• Shop/manufacturing setting
• Physical role requiring standing, lifting, and tool use
• Expected work hours: Monday - Friday | 7AM to 3:30PM
