CNC Operator

Employment Solutions is hiring CNC Operators for a manufacturing company in Milford, CT. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

Location: Milford, CT
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM
Pay: $21.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines
• Load and unload materials
• Inspect parts using calipers and micrometers
• Make basic machine offsets and adjustments
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Keep the work area clean and organized

Qualifications

• 1+ year of CNC machining or milling experience preferred
• Experience using calipers and micrometers
• Ability to read basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift
