Employment Solutions is partnering with a well-established tobacco manufacturing and distribution company seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join their growing team.

Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, including receiving finished goods from production, organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, and ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced working in environments that follow strict compliance standards such as ISO, FDA, GMP, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive finished products from production and place them in assigned storage locations
- Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders based on shipping documentation
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Transport finished goods throughout the warehouse in a safe and organized manner
- Operate stamping and wrapping machinery and record daily production output
- Perform inventory counts of stamped and non-stamped finished goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to supervision
- Keep warehouse floors, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
- Identify and report equipment issues, missing items, or process concerns
- Follow all company safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) required
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks preferred
- Ability to read and follow picking sheets, work orders, and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment (ISO, GMP, FDA, OSHA)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented work ethic
- Must be able to speak fluently English/Spanish (Required)
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday – Friday
- Pay $17.50 per hour
